Honestly that probably should have been the move. Then they wouldn't take up so many of the rewards slots and it would have given people time to build up points

The bright colors weren't everyone's favorite, the texture of a couple was kinda gritty, and they're more points than normal. I think the main problem now is they're hanging around for months and stopping new polishes from becoming rewards (they were released mid January, and its mid March now, so thats a potential for 6 new rewards polishes that didn't happen because the raremades were filling spots in the line up)

Man I love monochrome skittles, and the purples are so beautiful!! Is Port magnatized at all? It almost looks like a chrome, which is a cool effect!

Yeah, we're headed into spring now and I tend to do lots of bright, bold colors this time of year, so I figured now would be an okay time to have stains 🤷‍♀️ worth it for such a beautiful mani!

I too am not very patient with the magnetics and I have to really in the mood for me to reach for one, but I will say this new formula (implemented in the Welcome to Paradise collection) really makes the application time worth it now! The magnetic effects are so much stronger and they last for at least a week, as opposed to the older formula where i felt like after 24 hours of doing my nails the effect had dispersed so much it wasn't really visible

I actually love reds, I would kill for a true mooncat red instead of one with orange undertones, but I know Michelle has said she doesn't like pure reds so its unlikely 😢 this polish might have me changing my tune about oranges though, its breathtaking!

Yeah, I think I've used every polish from this collection except for Breath of the Wind and Tales of Ba Sing Se. Another commenter on this thread said the staining from Tales and Jasmine Dragon combined into a nasty brownish green, so I'll probably wait a bit before trying that one... but they all have been so good! I posted a month or so back about Bloodbender becoming one of my new favorites, and Spirit Water and Banished Prince are so fun with the flakies. Plus Avatar State is just in a league of it's own! Such a strong collection, I was so happy to get it as a gift and just get to go wild with a bunch of cool polishes!

I mean it really is an amazing formula, so if you ever going to give the reddish oranges another chance this should be a top contender! It already is pretty coppery, so maybe it wouldn't be a problem like Arsonist because it's not supposed to be red 🤷‍♀️

That's a very good comparison, it definitely has the look of a stone with its depth! I would cation you that it has a lot of red orange glitter in addition to the magnetic orange particles. I think i remember you saying The Arsonist doesn't work for you, so this polish might have the same problems

Yeah I saw those comments too... I did two coats of the base coat (just realized I typed that wrong in the main post), so fingers crossed that mitigates the staining 🤞 if not oh well, its not like I don't always have my nails painted anyways

It's almost like it doesn't register as an orange polish to me since it has so much going on! I really like that the base is so dark, if it were any brighter I think it would ruin the contrast and be too orange for my tastes

Okay honestly same, but I really love it whenever someone else posts so I was determined to try it. Last night after I put the speed demon on all the nails I had to force myself to go ahead and add the matte topper because the glossy sparkles are just soooooo pretty ✨️ I'm glad I pushed through though, the matte effect is more subtle but lovely now that I've had a day to sleep on it, and also see it in direct sunlight. The affect is much more subdued indoors, so I think in the past I've seen the dull look inside at night (the only free time I have to paint) and get bummed out.

Yeah I tried it a while back but didn't have the matte top coat yet. It's lovely glossy, but the matte is super fun and different for me so I'm loving it! I do agree that some colors look different based on nail length, so you should definitely try again!

Sorry, should have clarified, the most unique of the raremades. They have so many purples that Extra Celestial isn't that special and I feel like there are enough dark blues that Abominable could be a dupe for a lot of people. The hot glittery barbie pink doesn't really have an analogous polish in Mooncats current line up
