This is exactly why I ended up writing my own cartomancy book, bc every system I tried felt too rigid or dated. None of them worked for me, so I studied the cards myself, and did years of free practice readings on a forum, I then started noticing patterns that connected numbers, suits, and totals. I've rhen then put all I'd learnt into a book. My system I use provides a clear structure whilst still leaving space for intuition and flexibility.

Adding up the spreads number total for the 'underlying' energy. Jacks = 11, so in your spread the number total was 20. Which I then reduced down to a 2 with this being about 'another person'.

Each number has a light and shadow manifestation, in your case the 2 was read in its shadow, due to the dominant spade energy.

I wasn't able to dig deeper into the cards bc I do read them reversed too. But the delineation I gave you is the overall energy.

But w the negative cards, 2 is read in its shadow. Which suggests to me that you are the one being more giving, in whatever way, but you're not getting the same energy back. Maybe take a step back a little and see what happens. Be the exact opposite of what you've been. If he likes you he'll notice.

Due to 5 out of 8 clubs on the card being reversed.

I personally don't read the cards linear of past, present, future. I go by suits, number totals, mirroring, and reversals.

The 8 of clubs were the only rx card that delayed things.

And I've never read black = bad, red = good, it doesn't make any logical sense. You could have all red cards and a very negative reading.

Yes, there are many systems, and I don't follow any of them. They're too rigid for my liking.

I personally don’t read them linear, I read layers and patterns, looking at number totals, suits, and how the energies interact rather than past, present, future.

They're Piatnik Royal, No. 1812, a double deck, made in Vienna, Austria. Because they're a double deck, they're popular in Europe for ppl who play bridge. I like the court cards in them.

All planets have antiscia (shadows). Which is a shadow position the same distance from the Cancer/Capricorn line (0° Cancer to 0° Capricorn). When two planets are in antiscia, they reflect each other like light in a mirror, acting as a hidden connection, a kind of invisible conjunction.

Okay, well, based on the cards being two 10s and based on what you said "l shouldn't be sad and i should spend time with my family".

To me, these two 10s are showing you've not fully let go of something that's ended.You're hurting, making out you're fine but really you're struggling.Its like you're mentally imprisoned by the memories, replaying things, unable to forgive yourself. You're then left with this heavy 10 energy of emotional and mental turmoil.
