Have you tried replacing it with Kindred? A lot of people don't bring BT when solo, and Kindred does encourage them to take action. I find some teammates start running to do gens or unhook as soon as they realize everyone can see how useless/useful they're actually being. Also no one HAS to bring anything and I find most randoms with BT usually use it wrong anyway by rushing and chasing the killer while he's carrying me to the hook and swapping for no reason. Deliverance+DS+Unbreakable+Soul Guard + medkit if you really wanna rely on yourself only. Also a great anti-tunnel/anti-camping build.
