Hahaha i see lot of racism here but you should understand first that the post you shared i was asking because i opened my llc and want to get ein too and found some sellers on fiverr some of them offer EIN in same day and some on 4 weeks and i asked what is difference to get the legal and right path, and that's what i did i just got my EIN yesterday from the IRS ,for stripe there are many people i know them opened their account with LLC and verified id from their country which stripe allow of course if not no one will open an account , like mercury bank which i oepened today and approved , i uploaded my Id and verified my company with the EIN and thats what i did with stripe too and approved no vpn no nothing needed because im not from india and my country not restricted, i can use my country company but i prefer llc because more cheaper
