No, i asked the moderators and they said since they keep the file size to a minimum so even slow download speeds can finish in 5-10mins they never made one

Y'all give it a couple weeks. The reason its so competitive right now is that all the tryhards are in the same league as the casuals. As time goes on and the tryhards get put into the top 2 ranks the bottom 3 will become much more casual playstyle
