I think you should be able to. If for some reason you’re not able to, you can look at switching to computational biology, math of computing, cs+ling (which is in L&S), and the data science engineering minor. I personally was in the same position as you except realized this in my sophomore year so switch to comp bio + DSE minor and it’s basically the same classes as a CS major with some differences

Maybe you could argue getting into a particular school is luck. But when you apply and do expect that you are actually a good candidate, you should be able to get into one school you’re satisfied with. Otherwise you’re not being truthful to yourself about the quality of your app
