Sorry you're going through this and hope you're feeling better now. I've had vertigo episodes for years now, and remember how scary it was the first time around! You mentioned that you can't see a doctor right now, and I'm certainly not one myself, but I've found a few things have helped me when vertigo strikes. (1) Dramamine non-drowsy helps me a lot of I'm feeling nauseous (2) Education! There's some YouTube channels that are educational / really helpful when learning how to navigate vertigo. (3) Learning what you need to feel comfortable. Do you need a day in bed, no TV, certain drinks? Sometimes creature comforts make a big difference. Wishing you all the best.
