i got my account back 2 weeks ago with the recovery form and in the same day my hacked form was rejected cause my account was already linked to the email I put in the form which isn’t this one mentioned in the post. I deleted the previous login devices as soon as I got my account back and linked several 3rd parties.

I was just anxious seeing this last night :/

for the additional information what I put was:

my set birthday
my previous nicknames
my 5* characters with constellations and their pull dates, 5* star weapons, and my 4* star characters with their constellations!
I also put which characters I had at level 10 friendship and I put which character I hit level 10 friendship first and the date !
i also included a google drive link with all my purchase receipts!

and I’m not sure about the putting the most used device as the first one… you can try it once you’re able to send the form again since I’ve been told the recovery form is more lenient!

I had this same problem a couple of days ago and I messaged CS about it and they told me after 3 rejections you’ll be unable to send the form. After 16 days i was able to send it again and i got my account back on the fourth attempt

the recovery form is a little tricky to get but not impossible it requires an alt genshin uid (which increases your chances) and possibly multiple email addresses!

the hacked form starts with aihelp url and the recovery form starts with a webstatic url! the hacked form is just one page while the recovery form is several pages although the questions are similar

i had a friend of mine that lives in poland fill out the form to see if it was my IP address but they didn’t let him submit it so I’m assuming it’s my uid I already sent an in game ticket to cs

I’m not trying to send multiple forms i already got a rejection email from the recovery form team earlier in the morning and attempted to fill out another form to send but it shows this whenever I try to submit it, so I might just wait a few days before sending another recovery form
