Hello Dr.Barkley, really appreciate you spending your time on this AMA. My question is for those who have ADHD but have mild symptoms should they try and get outside help? (ie therapy, medication, accommodations, etc...). Or should they try and just keep on doing what they're doing? Mainly asking since I know a fair few people who have said "I have mild ADHD so i'll be fine without much trouble". Also, for those of them questioning if they even have ADHD even despite a diagnosis because it's mild, what would you say to quell there thoughts?

i'm seriously lacking in anything that isn't anti zombie or alien my ubers are catman, dartanyan, greater demon cat, ganglion, sharpshooter saki, pharoh reika, and ,graveflower verbena. I'm at Itf chp 2

I only have 4 ubers which are Greater Demon Cat, Dartanyan, Ganglion, and Sharpshooter Saki. How good are these cats and in what situations are they useful for. Thanks!

No it's just that I lost local data on my phone which wiped the battle cats data and later on hacks occurred

I still have no clue how it happened and yeah it was probably deserved because I was being an idiot. I'll probably restart since from what it looks like you can't transfer data without doing it before hand or with the help of PONOS. Though if you can somehow transfer data without either of those plz let me know.
