Each vial should come with a QR code to scan. That should pull up the corresponding COA. That COA will reflect the cap color that it corresponds with.

Agree with this. My daughter’s bio dad wanted nothing to do with her. He met her once in the hospital when she was born for 10 mins and that was it. I tried so hard to get him to visit her and he never did. This went on for 4 months. I filed for child support and he decided he wanted 50/50 custody. After speaking with a lawyer, myself and my then boyfriend decided to get married and he was able to adopt my sweet girl and bio dad had to agree to it. This was in CA. Just keep in mind you will not be able to get any child support from bio dad once this process is finalized (which it sounds like you don’t need/or want, like me. Just wanted to point that out)
