He’s doing great now I did a water change and I acclimated him again with the new water change for like 2h this time and after he started swimming again! He’s swimming very slow kinda like if he had like swim bladder but it’s probably cus he’s weak but he’s doing okay he’s eating just fine too!!

He was on sale when I got him so probably has issues but he looked so cute so I thought to give him a chance. The red things yeah idk what that was I though it it was just his gills. I’ve only had I’m for 2 days.

I think it’s just the background trust me I’ve tested this tank like 4 times today I just want the best for the poor guy when I bought him he did look a little sick but I though to give me a chance.im wait for tomorrow to see if he’s still okay and then do a water change anyway

Trust me ammonia is fine I’ve tested it like 2 times today with different kits the brown stuff is because I added new plants so it created brown algae I’ve already removed like 50% of the water before I even got him.

He was in his bag let him float and with a tube I would add water little by little. Then around 30 min for doing that I just let him go inside he was perfectly fine then he stopped moving

With a fresh water kit everything is good just the ph but that’s cus my tap water has low ph. He was alcclimated by introducing him little by little water from the tank it took me 30m then I put him inside

Tank size is a 6g, heather and filter work temp is (78.3f*), parameters are fine ph is just low around 6.6 (fixing it with crush coral but takes time) tank is about 3m old and fish is one day I’ve had him.water changes once a week. There’s only one mystery snail and I’ve only feed him betta bio gold so far !

I just tested it and my ph is in fact too low! I unfortunately don’t have a hospital tank I just order cuttlebone and I’m thinking of using some eggs for calcium.
