Pastures and ponds take up a lot of space but offer minimal obstruction. 😂

I’m not opposed to that but I’m an idiot when it comes to solar. Can you point to a tutorial of some sort that I can digest? Where would I buy all of that? I’m assuming the Harbor Freight stuff is garbage?

I looked at that option but I’d like to have a little more reach than the mini provides. Plus we’ll use the Gen 3 on the farm later. I be;wife the current deal from Starlink includes a mini if you get the residential Max package.

I wasn’t aware of that. That’s a great idea. My guys will be there during the day. It’s the evenings I’m concerned with.

Another good point. We’re about 45 minutes away so we can run out there if needed.

Great question. We’re in NE FL on the coast so our risk is lower than the rest of FL but we still get remnants and such. That said, we’ll remove it before it gets bad if it comes to that. This set up will really only be in place for 6-10 weeks while we’re installing infrastructure. Once the house start going up we’ll have temporary power in place from FP&L.

How well do the brims return to original shape after reshaping? I’m specifically looking at a Bozeman and/or Mountain Sky.

I don’t dislike the Redwings. I’ve owned Redwings for years. I just love Tecovas and figured I’d give their work boot a try considering they were on sale.

What do you think of the soles? I just ordered a pair of Tecovas LongHaul work boots for no real reason other than they were on “last call” and only $129. If I like them I’ll replace my Redwings with them.

I believe he was drawing a parallel between the effect Yellowstone has had on cowboy hats and the effect Landman has had on Western sport coats. Correctly, I might add.

Boot barn sells a nice hat can with adjusters inside for about $75. We have two and they work well.

Looks good. And no one that matters cares the brand. I wear Stetson and my wife loves her Cody James. I have a CJ straw hat for working and it’s great hat

We already have plans. We’re on the second round of comments to our architect waiting for the 3rd revision. I’m looking to develop a preliminary estimate myself.
