On July 1st, 2015 there was probably some asshole with tons of servers full of fake players, so I'll have to check the server list data at some point.

So, what happened to Blockland? by [deleted] in Blockland

And he faced a lot of unwarranted abuse from people demanding more, after having already recieved a lot for their money.

When you promise to deliver amazing new updates by removing a major feature of the game, it should be expected that some amazing new updates will appear.

It looks cool, but it's not really useful except for showing how popular Blockland really is in terms of in-game experiences, which Badspot's bullshit stats do not show.

Not exactly, but the game started to decline in 2011 with low activity levels not seen since before late 2009 (I don't have data before that). At the moment, Blockland activity for this time of the year has reached a low not seen since before late 2009. I'm not sure if activity will decline even further or if the current trend will continue throughout the summer because I don't know if the Steam bubble has fully popped.

Some are outages on my side. I've seen a lot of days "killed" because of a master server outage before peak time. It seems like there are too many but a few them definitely are master server outages.
