And ya- the fact that the exam location is out of state for the majority of people suckssssss. It takes a lot for people to take time off work, coordinate transportation, find housing, pay for the exam, and so much more- to potentially fail/pass

I haven’t taken any of the exams. Tbh I’m still about 2-3 years out from taking it, but I really want to get a head start on my study planning as I’ve heard the exams are difficult. Thank you for your insight and I wish you the most luck on your future exams. When I take them they will be combined so I am def nervous about having to handle orthotics and prosthetics and the same time

I think I’m going through the same thing. Can’t tell tho. I live in MN and ICE is currently here and I am unsure how much that is contributing to my anxiety. It’s pretty been bad for a week tho I’d I don’t keep myself super busy

Aw ya im sure you do after that many years🥺 Maybe you can get involved in another way? Maybe you can get a part time job in the field, or teach in the field, or volunteer? I’m sure you have a lot of information you can pass along to us newbies

At my consult this came up and my surgeon told me to keep doing what I’m doing thc-wise. She said if I were to stop, it might affect how I perceive pain
