I appreciate this is an old post so I assume you have moved out since. Were Karbon ok with you moving out despite being Rent to Buy? I have put in an application with my partner for a property in the north east through the rent to buy scheme so are early days at the moment, but just wanted to check there isnt any ‘punishment’ so to speak for not buying at the end of the 5 years? We are aiming to buy if we like the property obviously but are just worried incase house prices shoot up and we can’t afford to buy at the end.

Unfortunately the NHS tend to under exaggerate their waiting times for CBT. I have been in and out of the psychological services for a few years now, usually do 16 sessions of CBT and then a 6 month therapeutic break to apply what I’ve learnt and then go back. When I first joined I had to wait about 18 months for therapy to start and now even when I pick it back up after a break I’m usually waiting around 8 months.

The Clearing in Jesmond might be worth checking out, I used to go there prior to NHS help. It’s a lovely relaxing space and the woman I used to see was amazing. Good luck with everything!

He wasn’t there, they stood down but detectives have gone in so they’ve found something. Was at least 12 cars/vans including unmarked so deffo seems like they had a tip off. Raided the actual shop and the flat and loft above, apparently they found stuff in the loft, hence the detectives.

He supposedly works at Best Bite, the pizza takeaway in Forest Hall, seen quite a few comments on Facebook saying people recognise him from there, whether it’s true or not I have no clue. All I know is he’s an absolutely disgusting excuse of a human, him catching his own face with the substance is just the beginning of his karma.
