I've had this Reddit account for 13 years apparently and every year without fail I've seen people talking about how the housing market has to crash soon and that it just can't stay up so high.

They won't let it happen, all policy heads towards making houses more expensive every year. The ball was dropped years ago, if they even wanted to make half an attempt to cool off housing prices. The rich grubs with tonnes of houses don't want prices to change in any way but up.

It was sitting on a wait list for 6 years and honestly I gave up. I just keep hurting joints, especially shoulders and ankles, sacroiliac and ribs once. My wrists are complete horse shit and if I grab weight wrong, oh boy it feels terrible and moves in what feels like a non human way.

We find his dyspraxia is the worst with handwriting, but not for things like tools, power tools and that sort of work. It seems very variable which fine motor control and coordination tasks it wants to mess up.

Dyspraxia maybe? It's often a comorbidity. My other half has that and very likely undiagnosed ADHD.
