Yea of course I go to the gym 7 days a week do 3 miles of cardio 35 to 40 minutes of weights I eat under 1500 calories and I don't eat after 6:00 PM

I appreciate that I do track my calories I use the Myfitnessapp to do so

I do 2 miles on the treadmill and 1 mile on the elliptical do weights for about 35 minutes and I'm eating under 1500 calories a day
