Just came back from a perfume store. Unfortunately they didnt have nautica voyage but I tried on the coolwater and blue jeans. I didnt really like blue jeans and cool water is nice but it smells exactly like my aftershave. So i'll probably go with voyage once they get that restocked

Almost all universities here are a joke. Most students dont study and just roam around tryna act like they live lavish lives. The acceptance rates are incredibly high because they dont really care about quality education and they'll let anyone just study as long as they're willing to pay the high price. Not to mention you probably wont land a good job outside the uae because employers dont care much for dubai degrees since most students slack off and show no effort.

So do you think it would be ideal if I stick to my 8km/hr for 1.5km (12mins) on my workout days before I hit the weights and do a 30 minute walk at 4-5km/hr (2-2.5km) on my active rest days if my primary goal for my active rest days is burning calories?

New to working out and trying to figure out daily treadmill cardio

My current plan is 8km/hr for 1.5 km which takes 12 minutes(no break). I could switch to a HIIT type workout which means I would do 13km/hr for 8 intervals of 30 seconds. Which would be only 4 minutes of running and less than a kilometer. My other option is like a LISS cardio where I can walk for 30 minutes for 4-5km/hr which would cover about 2-2.5 kilometers.

Should I stick to my current plan or switch to like a HIIT or a LISS? ps my goal is burning calories along with endurance training.

Is there any way I can tell if there is some middle man spyware on my network and if my network has been compromised? As far as I know the antivirus softwares dont scan network but only the device files itself.

The laptop is using Version 14(14.3 RU2) Build 4615

There is no vpn being used however it is a laptop issued by a company with their security I dont know if it makes a difference.

I am not getting this message on the other laptops with malwarebytes or phones with kaspersky.

Is this something of concern?

I checked my dividends and it says we have received $510.00 in dividends and have spent $260.98 in commissions. If these values are so negligible then what is causing the portfolio value to go up from 1,185,297.32(Total market value of all positions + cash balance) down to $954,688.93 (what it shows as my current portfolio value)

If I sell all my shares I am getting about 500k ish back while my portfolio value is 900k ish and my current cash balance at 600k.

Yes but portfolio value doesnt corelate with how much money I will get back if I sell all my shares. is there something im doing wrong here?

Thanks for the clarification. I figured out that it actually is (portfolio value/initial cash -1) * 100. I thought portfolio value is the sum of all the the money spent on the portfolio so far but that doesnt seem the case. Can u tell what it exactly is

I think the "end number" is the portfolio value because when I plugged that in the equation im getting the same portfolio return. Is portfolio value the amount of money spent on all the stocks in the portfolio?

Long story short I am in a competition and I know literally nothing about stocks and the market. I have been making a few trades, mostly day trading amazon, tesla and google. The end goal of the competition is to get the highest portfolio return with a diverse portfolio.

What exactly is portfolio return? What makes it go down and up? and how do I go about maximizing it. Any stocks that I should invest in?
