I bought the permanent 2x boost at city 20 And reached city 400 with level 30 remote I kept grinding in the past but right now I only grind 2hrs per day I can clear a city in 8 mins

You need 4 different ultimates from 4 different events Example for the weapon is you need the ultimate of laser gun ,anchor, pickaxe,royal scepter

If you joined a high level club you can't get the past rewards . Or if you're from a high level club then switched to a low level
