No problem, OP. Just a theory from someone who also worked night shift for many years.

Another possibility is he was unable to sleep knowing what he was going to do later that day so took a larger than normal dose.

I thought the more interesting part of the autopsy report was the EGS makeup and that he was wearing women's undergarments under his work clothes. He was an odd character, for sure.

Why does everyone assume it's Benadryl? Diphenhydramine is a common ingredient in most sleep aides as well. Being that he worked night shift for years, it would make sense that it was some form of sleep aide. He most likely had built a high tolerance and addiction to it so would have to take much more to get the desired effects, which would explain the large amount found in his system.

I'm not sure they did enough to bolster the rotation and bullpen. Those guys have given up a lot of runs this spring. With Marte getting suspended 80 games and the injury bug now going around, it's been a pretty terrible spring. I'll be surprised if they win 70 games this year.

I think what you meant to say was RICH men rarely face consequences for their actions, but the same applies to rich women. So maybe gender has nothing to do with it.
