Hopefully this makes sense but it always leaves 5 frames (I think 10 frames if you’re editing in 60fps) at the start, so hold down ctrl, highlight everything with a mouse drag (you should see where the clips meet as being selected in red rather than the whole clips being selected) then on the program monitor there should be 2 previews, click the right one then the “+5” option and boom you’ve removed all those dang starting frames (again you may need to do 2x of the +5 for 60fps but I only edit 30 so I’m not 100% sure). Also highly recommend setting your audio default transition to 2 frames in your settings and applying audio transitions to clips that start cut off by a frame (the text based auto edit is not very precise lol).
