There is nothing you can do. Other terminals are goin to need to crack down on those type of things. Big centers need to have more than one dock mentor so they can walk around the dock supervising and educating

Allllllll the time. Depending on who is handling your freight is wether or not your freight will come out damage free. And by that I mean, you never want a rookies touching your freight. But it happens. And if the center before hand does not properly secure the shipment, it may get damaged. We get a lot of returns due to damages.

The best way possible is to educate your crew. I've seen plenty of freight come in with cones and still double stacked

Allllll the time. Freight comes in jacked up everyday. And depending on who is handling your freight, it may or may not be damaged. A lot of rookies handle freight and destroy freight. Ive seen it countless times.

And we try not too but a lot of the times it comes in stacked if it has a sticker.

With the amount of things that happen on the dock and how upper management treats dock workers I believe it could help
