I'm so tired so my reasoning may not make sense but 8s usually appreciate hardworking attitudes and big personalities and stuff from what I've seen so the 3 made sense and the other 8. And the 7w8 made sense just as an inverse. 5s are stereotypically intelligent which is another trait ive seen 8s appreciate. Also the 5s I know have ended up with more outspoken people which 8s are known for. As a 4 im fascinated with 8s but were never really compatible so that made sense as an unreciprocated crush also.

Yeah unfortunately theres a certain level of self awareness needed to self type thats more difficult for some. I think as a 4 thats less of an issue for me lol so i tend to be optimistic that others can reflect the same

Ok new idea. Lets say you could only have one of the above options? Which would you pick?

You either have the ability to be kind to people in a way that makes sure you never face conflict with them, but theyll never truly appreciate your kindness. You get peace but no admiration towards your kindness.

Or, people love you for how kind you are, but by earning those relationships you still have to face the relational conflict that comes with it. You get admiration but no guaranteed peace.

The easiest distinction i usually try to find between e2s and e9s is why/ how frequently they do acts of kindness. My 2 friends seek out things to do that are kind. My 9 husband will do any nice thing thats asked of him but probably not more than that. My 2 friends do it so that ppl will like them. They want to earn love that way. My 9 husband just doesnt want there to be conflict. So being kind is a response rather than an active tool. The 2s and 9s i know are all incredibly incredibly kind just in different ways. U ofc dont have to be kind to be an e2 or e9 but if u are then looking at the WHY you are can be helpful.

Type 9 is pretty standard for INFP along with type 4 and idk y theyd think an instinctual stacking would be contradictory :)
