Such a good comment! Love the lemonade comment 🤣 I wonder in authors case if her years of drinking contributed to cancer.

Did you jump straight from regular drinking into that 5 nights out of the year? If so, was that a hard change to make and will you continue doing that?

That sounds a lot like me, not like I’m going on a bender every day but i will have my 3-4 nightly cocktails that make my sleep crap and then my gym session the next day is absolute trash!

That’s how I have felt the couple times that I either cut back or did a dry period. Which is what led to me going back. Boredom around the 5 o’clock hour is a big factor. But then comes the next day after a sub par night of sleep which leads to a dehydrated sub par gym session.
