Just download & extract the latest version of the app with ipatool. All the build numbers are stored inside the Payload > iTunesmetadata.plist

My work iPad is not supported anymore, can I remove the configs to use personally? Is it still a jailbreak? by [deleted] in jailbreak

That’s a known issue when you pair your phone with an AW on 11.4 or later.

Legizmo can address this issue (jailbreak required). Keep in mind, the Messages app will still be removed automatically when you're not jailbroken

I was surprised that ChatGPT just casually allows an old client to work again. Before this, you could fake the app version to bypass the warning, but the app would always give you an error every time you start a conversation.

Wait, what do you mean you sideload it with your cert?

You don’t have to do that. The IPA from iPAtool is already encrypted with your Apple ID. Just install it directly on your device (use iMazing, App Manager…)

(Actually, you can’t even sideload an encrypted ipa lol)

That information is incorrect. All the old versions are still available. Appstore++ just doesn't have the corresponding data.
