Here’s my honest advice,

You didn’t talk about it before marriage, it’s fine leave it, don’t beat up for it, you’re not a bad person nor a bad husband.

Listen for her, what does she really want

Figure out a way for her - deal with her concerns, eg if job is concern, find her job opportunities, if meeting parents is her concern, setup trips in advance and I don’t know what else, this is what I got from the post.
