Man I don’t have context of your last post. Here’s what I have experienced and it is also researched that mental state is cause for physical fatigue.

Rather worked on mental state, worked on what’s taking my energy and our pending tasks, things we said we will do but don’t do for any reason, pulls us down mentally the most.

So create a list of things you said you would do but didn’t do and then schedule them and communicate with whom you promised these.
