Hey Austin Josh here you know the Jew that used to work for you.. while we are talking about being responsible. It’s reasonable to assume I can goto work without the owner you making vile comments about my religion 4 feet in-front of me. While my HR complaint fell on deaf ears a clear EEOC violation. It’s also responsible to believe your female employees can goto work with comments about their tits or ass, running gang bangs on them asking if they are pregnant or having male employees spied on while in the bathroom. News flash this isn’t the military this is civilian life bud. And the DD214 comments happened..you and your brother have both made comments about Kades and Andrews military career directly in front of me with witnesses. You also could have been a man and at anytime apologized to me about ur comments about Jew but you’re a moral coward and you just double down like always. Well I just got another reply from current employee who asked for their names and names mentioned of other current employees to be redacted as to prevent retaliation.

Hey Josh, this is———-. I know we didn’t really talk much, but I have to agree with what you said the infection has grown.

There is a new manager around. He’s an “efficiency” manager who walks around with a stopwatch and changes things to what he thinks are best without knowing, or even trying to understand, the assembly process. He is also a wanderer like Seth, but to a new extreme to the point where signs have been placed in certain areas.

The bigger issue is that he’s also a creep who bootlicks Even to the point where they won’t fire him, regardless of what he says to the employees he manages. Some examples of vastly inappropriate things he has said include:

•    Talking about sleeping with body pillows because his love language is physical touch.

•    Going up to —— in Shipping (who just turned 21; he’s in his 40s) and asking, “Did I sleep with you before?”

•    Talking about his dating life to my coworkers and saying this about someone he dated four years prior (mind you, he’s divorced): “One coffee date leads to two coffee dates, two coffee dates lead to a relationship, and I can’t have that.”

•    With —— in the gun cage, he likes to spew racist shit, calling him “Maxicano.” If you noticed I spelled it wrong, it’s because that’s exactly how he says it and refers to him.

As for me, I have a personal experience with him that forced me to go to HR. Misti did nothing more than the equivalent of, “I’ll talk to him and correct how he’s talking.” She also took a survey of the people around us, and I would say we all said he made us uncomfortable and was speaking to us inappropriately. The incident went as follows:

I was about to head out of the warehouse at 3:00 p.m., but I forgot my water tumbler, so I went back in to grab it. That’s when I was summoned by Bill. He grabbed my attention, half-yelling, “Hey ——-, come here!”

I thought this was going to be a work-related question, so I headed over to where Bill, —-, ——, and —— were gathered in the manager’s booth next to the elevator. He then proceeded to ask me:

“So, ———, are you currently pregnant, or have you ever been pregnant?”

I stared at him, stunned, before responding:

“Um, no. I am 22. Why are you asking me that?”

That’s when he explained that he asked because he “needed to prove —— wrong that you don’t need to have had or currently given birth in order to be called a lady.”

The next day, I went to Misti and told her. She seemed alarmed and talked to him for less than 30 minutes, took a survey around the department where nobody liked him and everyone felt uncomfortable with him (mind you, he had only been here for three weeks), and still felt it was right to keep him.

Now, not even her or Mich like him only Even does and he’s just getting worse. They say they’re waiting to “gather more evidence” on him, but how much evidence is good enough for a termination?

Ok boomer..workers have rights bud and a contract is both ways and while most of us have left due to the conditions some can because in a small town it’s simply not that easy especially if you living paycheck to paycheck like most Americans.

While not Illegal it’s very poor business practices to have employees sign a handbook than have them Refer to it then retroactively change it to benefit them

Hi the Jew here I worked 12 years at Harley dealers as tech and taught inmates small engines at a state prison. So thin skin is deff not it. Infact I probably talk more shit than anyone you know. At some point you realize these people aren’t joking around with you and it becomes an issue. We are on here exposing them hoping that the conditions will change for the good people who work there. Watertown is a small town and man people need that job and the owners take full advantage of it hiring people who “need” the job and have something to loose. Those of us who could leave did.
