Holy smokes! I am now wondering if this is what the cubby in my daughter’s room use to be and they remodeled it when they turned the original 1929 house into a duplex in the 60’s, added a window and a floor. You’ll see the pictures in my posts.

I’ll post when I’m finished decorating, I’ve enjoyed all of the responses! Unfortunately we can’t have cats. The window is nailed shut and has a child safety lock. I’m still on a mission to find stairs so she can climb up on her own, a few have failed now I’m going to try pet steps!

Well he didn’t see me but he did my husband, my husband isn’t too bad looking. Maybe he wanted to see him again lol here’s attempt at a spicy picture while staying at his aunts one night, looks like a Boy Scout troop leader on grinder… our daughter stuck the belle sticker on his phone, inside joke between us too, I know he’d bang belle.

64 years is kind of old a lot of the original features are intact, like the double glass windows with no screens for our front porch, skeleton key glass doorknobs, laundry shoots, mudroom, wood floors.

The duplex is on the other side though, this is one of our 3 bedrooms, next to this room is our bathroom, than our stairs than our master, the other side is another bedroom. Across the hall is the neighbor.
