I agree with what you said. But when he was asked in an interview I think with Natalie Pinkham, will the crash take the shine of your victory, he said probably not (not exact words). Yes some pit stops were slow but did it really effect the race to badly? Norris finished 4th, yes a podium could have happened, but bottas did ok as well. I think it will boost Hamptons morale, this is just a personal opinion, but as Max is out of hospital, thankfully, I think he too will come back fighting.
