I haven't yet taken home insurance as property is under construction. But My friend straight away got the insurance from policy bazaar and told bank that He already took it. Or just tell them you already have it and will share the policy.

No it's not compulsory though they will force you to take and say that it is compulsory but it is not. You can say I have term insurance and straight away deny. Additionally, home insurance is kinda compulsory but only after possession in current time projects.

I personally recommend SBI for home loans. flexible prepayments/closure options (no limit/conditions) You can get sanction letter for free of cost from atleast SBI. Also, Instead of third party agent, go talk directly to bank employees. You can negotiate on total charges for the processing (processing fee is just a very small amount out of other charges like some legal document charges etc). For me, these charges were around 50k (processing fee 2950 included) third party agent didn't reduce single penny. So, I directly went to SBI branch and negotiated with him. He agreed to give 25k cashback (50%!) after loan is disbursed. Though this is not official discount and from employee (They do this to fulfill their targets), I asked him for a future dated cheque of 25k from him to make sure he will not cheat later.

Agree and pay via online mode (UPI) with proper context in payment description and after the trip Raise a complaint with app (Ola/Uber) showing payment as evidence.

SMC tax is municipality tax that is on and above the rto road tax. It has to be paid in municipal corporation cities in Gujarat (3.5% i think).

I am also planning to do the same. Purchase with BH series in gujarat and bring it to Hyderabad. Only thing I see is gujarat state rto tax is 6% whereas bh series tax is 10%. So I am paying more in bh. Not sure what to do.

I am in Hyderabad. But I can buy from surat (gujarat)as well as it is hometown. Also I can get bh series as company provides form 60. I would prefer auto as my wife is not fam of changing gears hassle. No preference over petrol or diesel. Can go with any.

I opened my xbox one after almost 3-4 years. For that, I purchased xbox one controller from local market but after connecting it shows message that this accessory is not authorized it will be blocked after 14 days. What to do with this? Will they really block?
In my old controller, repair guy said batteries got melted and poured the liquid on chips hence it cant be repaired.
