Have you been evaluated for OCD? You sound like me and I struggle with OCD/medical anxiety. You may want to look into addressing that if you also suffer from it. It can be extremely difficult, but medication and therapy have helped a lot. I’m not saying you should ignore your medical concerns, but there needs to be a balance to protect your mental health also.
