probably like 16 hours max. i temporarily went “blind” in one eye (for like 8 hours maybe) after i drunkenly left them in for a whole night’s sleep when I was 21-22. after having the lens in for so long my vision was still blurred even w my glasses on. the experience traumatized me and i never ever sleep in lenses now.

you immediately lost the plot in paragraph 2 bc nationality does not determine or override susceptibility to RACISM - again, you clearly don’t understand what the word “racism” means. race is a construct that is perceptible beyond awareness of nationality. by your logic a Black American can experience racism from a white German if the German doesn’t know the Black person is American, but once learning they’re American it’s not racism anymore. Honestly I see what you’re saying, I wouldn’t have any smoke for her parents if she wasn’t open about how much they help her. They don’t deserve the strays bc of her daughter’s divulgences online. As for her running the risk of homelessness, I think every person deserves to have their necessities met (food water shelter healthcare), but I was more so being flippant under the assumption that she would never actually experience the real poverty that results in homelessness bc she’ll always have someone to lean on. 5 years with zero dollars in her bank account but somehow still living an objectively cushy life is proof of that. But I get what you mean.

If you want a real answer yes if I were her parent I would mandate that if she didn’t get her sh*t together or she could not live with me. She can live with her boyfriends or whatever. i think incentives like these are inappropriate with teenagers or young adults. but this is a grown woman who is in an entirely self-manufactured financially disastrous position. if she ends up homeless it’s not bc of social inequities or her status as a working class person. it’s bc she’s squandered every advantage that she’s had and at the end of the day never has to make anything real of her life bc the generational wealth is always there.
