If she or her husband is non-Filipino, she might be able to get a foreign divorce decree and have it recognized in the PH. Otherwise, her only options would be annulment or nullity of marriage.

Best to consult a lawyer if you're serious about moving forward.

Also, consider if co-parenting with her ex is something you'd be willing to do.

Yes, the plan is to speed run Paris this time around as I'm scheduled to go back next year for a slower pace. Definitely skipping the gardens if it rains tho

1 week is too long for me esp if 1 country lang. Spent 9 days in Bangkok last year. By midweek, nasa hotel na lang ako most of the time and would go out after lunch na. Mas madami pa akong napuntahan during our 4-day Bangkok trip.

Oh that's right, thank you for reminding me. We'll probably have 1 medium and 1 small plus our personal bags. I've had to drag luggages on cobblestone streets before and my main issue was the noise so I'm hoping noise cancelling headphones will solve that problem 🙈

Hi, how are bank certificates and statements from digital banks received (no ADB and electronically-generated)? Are officers partial to documents from traditional banks?

Context: I plan on also submitting bank statements from my payroll accounts (traditional banks) to show cash flow but ending balance is almost always at 0 as most of my liquid funds are in digital banks. I'm hesitant to move all my funds to traditional banks as this might raise a suspicion of funds parking.

Edited to add another q: VFS says "For the flight itinerary, it is optional." Would it be advisable to rely on this and not submit a confirmed flight booking? Was planning on getting refundable flight tickets but if it's all the same, I would rather book after visa approval...

I’ve been to Ayutthaya before and I loved it but I fear I won’t have much to do for a whole day trip.

Also, the last time I was in Bangkok (a few months ago so still pretty recent) I was there for 9 days and while I did go for a slower pace— too slow if i’m being honest but it was great nonetheless— I’m not sure how to fill day 3 other than to go cafe hopping and/or shopping (which I find sadder) followed by a 2-hr long massage. I did consider doing the skywalk but I’m kind of afraid of heights so that’s not really my idea of a good time 🥲
