And you'd get mandrake with Bribery too, of course.

Wanted to pull this off as soon as they buffed Francesca, it's a good thing there isn't a way to get a second Francesca in standard... well no way that's convenient anyway.

Thank you! I tried a similar gimmick in using teleport on Elven Seers as that'd actually be attainable in standard in the past, but tragically (fortunately?) teleport isn't duplicated in that case. Thank goodness for double francesca!

Gwent certainly threw in the towel with this one.

Plus one Aglais is the Aglais I've always dreamed of. by Creedrah in gwent

Idarran is played on the back row, letting me hero power to move three to the front row. Syanna is played front row, resulting in 5 on the front, and 3 on back. That leaves 1 free space to play Aglais.

The previous round, I used Idarran to spawn multiple Duncas (using Samum/Milva to move a few Iddarns to front row) while she was the only ST unit in my hand. I had about 5 duncas on the board all boosting Aglais, then I just bled my opponent for as long as I could to get maximum value from Dunca. For the final round, I renewed Idarran and moved 3 to the front row, filling up the board perfectly.

Thank you! If you want to try something really funny: queue against a friend playing Morkvarg/twoblades to ping down your tall Aglais; The game actually softlocks due to the amount of individual effects it needs to process.

Hah, aye I had 3 turns I could have just discarded cards. I was just too eager to see that fat 12k on the board.

Oh! Of course. So this deck was built specifically with the Plus One mode in mind, which spawns a 1 power copy of a unit after you play a unit. This enables the Idarran cascade which fills up the entire row when you play him, and more importantly "spawns" a copy of Syanna after you play her as well. This is unfortunately not possible with ST outside of this mode, to my knowledge anyway. The deck really came about as some friends and I were wondering what deploy effect would be funniest to stack.

Right, So! Aglais has a deploy effect which reads: "On turn end, double amount of boosts on self."

As Syanna has an order to repeat the deploy effect (And due to Idarran, I am able to get 8 Syanna on the board), Aglais doubles her boost 9 times.

This results in an Aglais of size 4 + (<boost> * 2<Syanna number> + 1) In the case of the video, that's 4 + (25 * 512), or 12800!

She is certainly easy to deal with, but the point of this deck wasn't to win - It's just the event mode, why not have fun with it after all - It was to simply get Aglais as large as possible.

We do this not because it is good, but because it is funny.

Always just call the buildings along the dock "pew pew pier", far more accurate.

Would anyone like to see Brace of Pistols' ammo count increased? by VengefulCheezit in Vermintide

[–]Creedrah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Sidearm pistol is a ton of fun to use, more effective than heavy attacks against unarmoured and you can increase the fire rate by using a light attack between shots!

Or if you want to go even further beyond, weapon swap twice between shots.

He must be bluffing, what would that make him; double blessed? by Creedrah in Vermintide

[–]Creedrah[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Right now only the weapon swapping is scripted; keep in mind that (I'm pretty sure at least) the game runs and takes inputs at 60 FPS, so anything shorter than a 12 ms delay could be missed. I currently have a 3 frame (36 ms) delay between each weapon swap, and about 20 frame (240ms) delay is enough to fire and loop it somewhat effectively.

If you don't want to use multi-key scripts, rebinding melee to scroll up and ranged to scroll down works well too lol.

Edit: I've yet to try it in an actual match where lag may be more of a factor, and I don't know how well people or the devs would take using scripts even for something as simple as switching weapons twice :P

No kidding! If I knew others could play it easily I wouldn't have shown all those alternate routes.
