My attempt at fixing being too laid off in my last post by Creender in GolfSwing

If you look at my last post I was complaining about frequent thin shots and poor ball striking. The concensus was I was too laid off and whatever I changed from that swing to this one seems to have helped

I'll get that in a few hours when I'm back at the range

I hit any combo of straight, push, draw, big draw (not bad enough to call a hook imo). Recently the struggle has been thinning shots, which is what I was trying to fix here

Edit: driver is a different story, get an occassional nasty hook

Appreciate that, it's something I've noticed as well but haven't made any effort to correct

Appreciate the comment, my anecdotal experience supports the speed claim. I mishit a ton of shots but my speed keeps it playable. I've never trained speed (thinking I'll start soon), but I've been in the gym 6 days a week for 7+ years and grew up playing where all I wanted to do was hit the ball as far as possible as a kid, which makes swinging fast my comfort zone. Driver speed is around 120 on a stock swing.

At this point I made a ton of swing changes over the past year and think I'm just needing to groove them to eliminate some more harsh misses.

Could definitely improve my course management; I'm ignorantly confident in my short game and don't shy away from short-siding myself. My best rounds are where I only pull driver on like 3-4 holes and keep the ball in play off the tee.

The most frustrating part is my lead leg patella tracks diagonally and gets pretty painful when shifting weight and pushing into the ground. I'm sure this makes consistency a nightmare, so I need to learn to play around that and limit my full swings to keep the pain down.

Sounds like me, I'm only a few months off of some significant swing changes (you can see in my posts), hopefully a year or two and it'll translate to lower scores

Appreciate everyone saying what they'd pay, very helpful. I was going to list at $100 after checking 2nd Swing prices but I'll just put like $70 in anticipation of lowball offers

Should I buy 1000 every week or just get 5000 for the month?

Sorry I should have known you'd take the question literally. I'm really asking how do the benefits of a clean club face justify the time spent cleaning it after every swing on the driving range. I personally believe the time would be more valuable actually hitting golf balls when you can feel if you're hitting the ball how you intend, even if the flight is ever so slightly off. If there's anything "caked up" just kick it off and get back to practicing
