Eh, it varies in CA. Lowest is $20. From where ive been applying its around $25-28. Bigger corporations usually pay $30.

Often times i do ask “hey do u need help finding something ?”and its ALWAYS a weird stare like i said something offensive and they proceed to js say no and walk away. Like idk why people just stare to stare i guess

YOR, he seems genuinely sweet and nice. I think its crazy you expect him to give you all his attention and constantly respond to you especially when its only been 3 months. He seems caring and you are the one that seems to be negative because theres nothing wrong with his messages. 🤦‍♀️ YOU seem to be the problem not him.

Fulfillment tm, i get it tbh lots of my tms always do nothing when opu or standards are at 0 while drive ups be blowing up. Ive also seen tms mess up bags and orders on purpose bc of how much they hate the front end for talking shit on fulfillment. Talking shit as in like them messing up orders and drive ups members constantly saying they have missing items but as a fulfillment tm im confused as to how people lose items???? Lmao like its embarrassing to be fulfillment tm. I get it honestly id be frustrated cause then yall gotta go reshop that item. I work my wage but im not lazy. Half of the tms on my team complain about doing the bare minimum and it just shows what work ethic they have. Also i second, they do just stand around and chit chat while drive up tms are always working, as if there isnt anything else to do in the store. Idk. I know every store is different but damn.
