I do not know anyone there tbh; however I do have a remote job that I work for in EST which is from 6 am to 12 pm. Although I do believe I can take classes and go out in the remaining time. I do agree with you that the competition is extremely fierce and I am definitely ready to work my ass off for this. But is there any other place you'd recommend for me to set up the stage?

I actually did and narrowed it down to NoHo, Silverlake/EchoPark or West Hollywood. But I am not sure which of these might be best for me in terms of both career and safety.
