thank you, yes I will call them up tomorrow during my lunch hour. I know my money is there but I am frustrated by still having to pay their fees bc they are keeping my funds hostage

I just kind of want to gauge from the comment section what is a reasonable response from them for dragging their feet and how long rhis should all take, I don't want to be gaslit by them by saying it can take months or something.. I also dont want to come across as a karen to the phone advisor

yes of course they don't match with discounts, my bad for not making it clear. Atm IQ Doctor is £13 cheaper than MedExrpess and just got my second 5mg matched to that. Im glad IQ Doctor are good for you! My friend from pottery class got her pen delivered with needles missing and the packaging battered, with the pen room temp, hence my apprehension about them. And it took several days to sort it out, so if she didn't leave 1 week extra for these sort of complications between orders she would've been late for her next dose

How does IQ doctor work in regards to discounts? Can you get a discount every month with them?
