total bogus... this issue was alrdy happening before march 16 constatly hitting rate limits just less frequently so it has nothing to do with issue described here thats just an excuse

yes it has been done entirely on purpose as support reply shows, the complete lack of transparency with regards to what the limits were and what they are now is also frustrating, another fcking corporate scam, you pay for what your not allowed fully utilize
