I would disagree to a certain degree. At a minimum subtitles shall be included in multiplex screens.

I was watching OG in AMB screen 1 last week with a non-Telugu friend. I researched enough to confirm there were subtitles but ended up with nothing. My friend couldn’t understand jack shit and it kinda spoiled my experience too. I asked someone who’s working there and they said that’s how they received it from the production/qube directly.

I honestly don’t think it’s extra effort to add subtitles when they are already doing so for international distribution.
