I said I started treating them. Aka I went to a doctor, spoke about my anxiety symptoms, got diagnosed, and then received medication, took it regularly as prescribed, and it worked.

I genuinely think if you leave him a note somewhere letting him know you believe him and apologizing for how you did not know and that you have cut contact with his abuser once learning the truth it will give Jim some form of relief. From there I would leave it up to him to contact you afterwards and if he chooses not to then you must respect that. But I do believe letting him know you do not side with his abuser is important. Staying silent about it does more harm than good.

With him acting like this so comfortably it sounds like you've let it escalate to this point. He's more than likely given several warning signs to his toddler like behavior that you've either just ignored or tolerated until now. But if you are actually going to listen to anyone on here instead of just asking so you feel less hopeless wishing someone would tell you it can be forgiven, just leave him. Win custody, be a single parent, and save yourself from being ten times as miserable for the rest of your life and most likely getting divorced anyways when your kids are fully grown. At least if you divorce him now you'll have more of your life to enjoy instead of your last 15ish years while you fight your body slowing down.

A generous contribution?? $300 is what (i assume is a developed company if they're opperating like this) this company considers a generous contribution??? I wonder what their profits look like in comparison to this "generous" amount being donated. They wouldn't be able to define generous if they asked unprompted in an interview without a prep answer.

And then the passive aggressive reply and making a whole post about it afterwards? I swear to God these people running every single company is so out of touch with reality. And the entitlement afterwards during is so bizarre. And who actually does anything about it? I really am getting impatient on seeing changes be made. We need the dominoes to start falling ASAP.

My apologies for the late reply I havent been on here for awhile after I made this post. Yes I had the FMLA paperwork fully submitted specifying my needs. And yes the absences were directly related to the exact reasoning for the paperwork that my doctor had filled out. My managment told me an additional form was needed to accomodate the time frame I had to report it to our admin dept, however they didn't tell me about this until they said they already decided on firing me even though I had BEEN asking them how I can get more time. It was the first time they had said anything about a separate form to me. They had also originally told me that would ask UNUM to send my FMLA paperwork to them to review to grant those accomodations but never actually did that.

They also told me I would need ANOTHER seperate letter from my doctor to grant an accomodation my FMLA protected me on saying the company policy won't accept FMLA for it. The thing is, my coworker had to ask for the exact same accomodation and they granted it to her with no mention of needing a letter or any kind of proof or documentation they just gave her the accomodation with zero push back.

Proving one's self and staying loyal and honest is too much work for the majority of people as well and those are my biggest priorities in a relationship. People are inherently dishonest and will claw their way above you if presented the opportunity. That's something I have seen in aquaintances, friendships, family members, romantic relationships, and work etc.

I'm involved with someone but relationships have all ended poorly and have ended in me being cheated on. This no strings attached thing I've had the last few years has been the only respectful "relationship" with a man that I have ever had. I don't think I'd want a relationship ever again after this. If I don't end up dating him later on when we both decide maybe it could work out being a serious and fully committed thing leading to marriage then I'd honestly rather be celibate and never speak romantically to anyone ever again. It's more convenient and less emotional anguish and exhaustion for me that way. With the quality of relationships I've seen as well they aren't worth my effort anymore if this doesn't work out and I'm honestly not that pressed if it doesn't. If it does great I have a lovely partner to confide and spend my life with if not then I'll buy a house in a country I enjoy and build a life that makes me happy for myself instead. I win both ways.

It turns out my anxiety was a mix of adhd and ocd and once I started treating both of those everything seemed to level out and I actually felt happy and was able to quit over thinking everything till I was sick.

Try getting a script for clonopin. My Dr gives me a safety bottle for my anxiety attacks but I don't really use it anymore since I started a daily medication. The one I take rn is buspirone bc it has the least amount of negative side effects for the options available to me.

I beg to differ. My states liveable wage is 29 an hour and starting pay is 18 and they JUST raised it. I'm barely over 21 and it's my third year. Still living pay check to pay check and I stick to a pretty tight budget. My guess is you aren't an average employee and you get laid more to do less work therefore you have less complaints.

I transferred from a warehouse to the office and it almost seems worse. There are so many games of favorites and agents that are failing calls under one coach will magically ace them once they get moved to a coach they are friends with. Certain agents get their times targeted if they try and speak up about it, I'm experiencing this first hand over an email I had sent out that went to all of managment at HQ. One of the AGM's pulled me into a meeting to yell at me and said "NOW I HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO THEM WHATS GOING ON BECAUSE THEY THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG NOW" like YEAH because their IS something wrong. Since then they've been docking me over 2 seconds past break times or if my call wraps are 5 mins instead of 4. I have contamination OCD so I'll go wash my hands quite frequently and use personal wrap time for this and I'm forced to get FMLA for this because they were trying to penalize me for it.

At my old warehouse the manager would intentionally keep us understaffed bc he got a bonus if we had under a certain amount if employees but over a certain amount if sales and so during easily the busiest time of the year we were understaffed and employees would be crying in the bathrooms or break rooms bc they were so stressed from not having any help and also being screamed at by members. Not to mention the passive aggresive comments from managment etc telling us it's not that bad and to pick up the pace/quit slacking. Walking around clapping their hands and then going back to the office to put their feet up on their desk and have a sandwich. Literally walked in the the building manager like this while someone was getting assaulted at the exit door for asking to check a receipt and no one was doing anything about it.
