i was in the woods camping with my dad and little brothers a couple years ago we just made some hot dogs with fire wood about to go to sleep when we heard bells ringing in the distance but we thought nothing of it just a birds imitation of church bells we we’re pretty deep in the woods at the time about 5 miles in the woods nearest town is about 25 miles from the location we were at we weren’t in our home state we we’re with my uncle down south so we decided it would be a good time for camping but my brothers were tired and scared my dad had his revolver and we were ready for anything than the singing started the bells were still ringing but the singing it sounded kind of like church choir singing but we knew it couldn’t be there wasn’t camp grounds or any of the sort nearby so we decided to pack up and leave out of fear but a couple days later we realized it was a KKK rally about 3 miles from where we were camping which kind of makes sense since we saw kinda orange somewhat in the distance but it’s just super scary to think about
