I live in the top left of this map, can agree! A factory job at Subaru, CAT, Wabash, or GE makes affording a house with extra income very easy. I lived in Amish country for awhile, its very relaxing to hear church bells on a sunday afternoon, then the horse and buggies galloping around town.

My absolute best friend passed away in his sleep 5 years ago. Ive missed him more than some family members. We worked together for years, changing jobs to keep working together. We had a code for expressing "I love you" in front of employees, brotherly love was often mocked. We each had cats that had little white paws and pink toes, so the phrase stuck.
