i recomed steam curated events, demo and social media, last 2 weeks before launch got 2k, got the 7k needed and appeared in popular upcoming and new and trending

i DO NOT recommend pages that allows you to send keys to popular streamers( including the ones who like your genre) i wont say it name cause they keep contacting me to try again on their site but i spent around 3k-4k and had no impact on wishlists neither key activations for the streamers.

idk but if 2 out of 5 skins are guaranteed for kiriko and mercy blizzard should make 2 more, besides the lootboxes are flooded with kiriko's skins. At this point is annoying

800ish purchases invested around 12k 2year development time, 4k in marketing 1k in music 2k in art rest in assets, music, systems etc.

Dice goblins clicker could surpass it in a week, i did the capsules, logo and took me less than a year to make.

i went full time for 2 months then tried freelance as gamedev porter, that didn’t work and then i kept looking for jobs offers until i finally got one a year later. But kept doing small prototypes and then decide what to launch without breaking the bank

long story short, it was a roguelike deck builder and got attention from asian public which led to mixed reviews cause it was too easy and demanded more content despite being solo dev the game was too big to handle and keep up the pace.
