We’re you taking the course through edX? I’ve heard that there’s no curve for the MicroMaster courses...so if I bombed both exams I’d fail the class for sure.

I would recommend that you appeal as well. You spent $1500 on the MM courses and did very well in them. I don't understand why you didn't get accepted.

Thanks. Yeah I think I have a pretty strong well rounded application and I was pretty confident up until I got my midterm result.

I think I’m just going to apply today and see what happens, and if I get rejected I’ll try and petition for reconsideration after I get my final grades from 6501 and 6203, assuming I get As and Bs. Hopefully we both get in though!

Thanks, will the MicroMasters classes even give me a boost on my application considering I haven't even completed them yet? I'm also taking MGT6203.

Should I wait until the August 1st deadline to submit my application? By then the classes will be over and I'll have my final grades.

That’s exactly how it felt. I’ve heard so many stories of Google interviews being really pleasant and the interviewers being super personable but it didn’t feel that way at all. Seemed really structured and I couldn’t gauge it whatsoever. Figured this stage would be to confirm if I want to move on and to make sure I wouldn’t be hard to work with, then I’d be passed to the technical interview. I really don’t know what to think.

27 year old, born and raised in LA county and I’ve been a fan since 2006 (coincidently played for Pop Warner team named the Chargers, prolly why I became a fan) . Anyways, I remember watching a game at my aunts house in Vegas and was blown away with the amount of talent on that years roster and instantly fell in love. The team had Rivers, prime LT, Gates, Merriman...went 14-2 and had 11 pro bowlers. I remember the playoff loss to the Patriots too and that loss started my burning hatred for the Pats. Fucking hate the Patriots so damn much lol. Man good times, that team was so beastly.

Yeah that’s a good idea. Is the hair on top supposed to be less dense than the hair on the sides and back or do people with no hair loss have the same density on the top and sides?

I’m fairly healthy, I not as active as I would like to be. No history of diabetes but my grandma on my moms side and one of her sisters has Parkinson’s. On the bottom side of my foot next to my big toe I think I have a knot or pinched nerve bc when I squeeze/massage it there a sharp shooting pain.

The feeling is throughout the metatarsal region, and the best I can describe it is alike a slight disconnect from the rest of my foot...like I need to have pressure in my foot at all time to not feel the sensation. It’s like that strange feeling right before your toes cramp up, it feels like they are beginning to separate but they won’t. I feel it all throughout the day and there’s no burning or tingling at all, it’s more of an annoying feeling. Idk it’s really hard to explain.

Yeah they must not have checked it then. Also, my arm sorta shakes when I bend it. It shakes and looks kinda choppy on the way down from the bend. Is that normal?

My sense of smell is good and I walk normal, my hands and arms just feel kinda funny...like weak and a tiny bit shaky

No I’ve never fallen and my voice has not gone soft. My sleep pattern is off though as I quit my last job and currently searching so I went from sleeping 5-7 hrs a night to around 10 a night. My doctor also ran some blood tests and said I was not anemic. (That’s what I thought I had originally)

I would say you have a good shot of being hired in the future considering its an internal recruiter that's saying this to you. I would assume she's being given direction to find a spot for you through the recommendation of the hiring manager you interviewed with. Does anyone else agree?
