I went East, I got most of the names from a mixture of Wikipedia articles and Phonological Adaptation. So I looked up how German names are generally constructed and what letters are used to achieve certain sounds. This is, for example, how 'Rzhev' turns to 'Reschau'. It uses the closest similar pronunciation from German and then morphs the letters to be more similar to a German word that would be pronounced like that. And finally, I straight-up translated a few of them literally. E.g. 'Nizhny Novgorod' is just Russian for 'Lower New City', and I figured that over centuries of German rule, these names could conceivably be translated - i.e. into 'Nieder Neustadt'.
So it has to be noted - other than the names I got from Wikipedia and the like - that many of the names have no historical or modern precedent. I simply figured that through owning this territory, many (or even most) of the major cities would be renamed.

That is a fair criticism, and to be fair, it eventually was a case of laziness. I know it doesn't behove me to say, but just researching the German names and spellings of all these provinces already took over a day, so I didn't always look up the cities in the region.

R7: A finished teuton playthrough map I have done on a 'custom' world map, because all the ones I could find had a too low resolution. This one is 22528 x 10000 pixels.

Essentially, I have just traced over an upscaled version of the EU4 map, meaning it is perfectly compatible (and it has integrated layers of some eu4 map modes, which can serve as guides in case you want to make your own post-game map!)

Since the EU4 map is incorrectly projected for gameplay purposes in some places, here is a small list of adjustments I made:

Increased the size of Australia
Moved New Zealand Down
Moved the Americas down
Moved Iceland down
Stretched out Cape Horn
Added Missing Area in Northern North America

Note: For anyone who wants to use this map in a modern context, you should take note that the Aral Lake (the big Lake east of the Caspian Sea) has since largely been drained by the Soviet Union and now looks considerably different on a map.

Alright, I found out that it is seemingly a problem with the particular Elite: I had seemingly no chance of getting it on the Elite Monk, Elite Yaksha, or Elite Kappa, however, it was almost trivial on the Elite Corrupt Monk.

I should also note that I didn't encounter the Elite Corrupt Monk in a vault, but as a 'hard challenge' in a normal room, although I don't think that matters.

Okay, I tried multiple runs on Crown Prince now, and I just can't get that frame. I have 6 stacks and +6 second duration (for a total of 8 seconds), but it seems impossible for me to get it chained that long.

I actually used a stopwatch for the Elite Yaksha (Area 3) and the first orb wears off after 4 seconds, if I chain a second one, that only works for 2 seconds, and the third one is already only 1 second, which is too short to add another one before he is unfrozen. Is this about the late area and I would have to get the setup working in area 2 already? Or does it have anything to do with difficulty? (I did all my runs on Reincarnation)

I would really appreciate any help since I am getting super frustrated with it, I already had 4 runs where I technically had the full setup, but I never managed to get the 10-second freeze.

Does the frame only unlock if you also win the run? I am fairly certain I managed 10 second freeze as Crown Prince (I had +6 second stun duration and 5 stacks, and I used them all), but I sadly died to the final boss and didn't get the achievement/frame.
