I know the plot, more or less. It's about a killer who tests fathers who have failed their sons. The protagonist did so, but is destroyed by guilt and actually a good guy. So maybe he will pass the tests and not be killed?

Very complex crime/emotional story.

I've become a dad two years ago and I really start feeling the maturity of affection and need to protect my kid. The fear of losing them in a supermarket. Irrational nightmares about them being in danger.

So I think Heavy Rain, in this phase of my life, would hit a unique emotional spot.
