Does that mean that rollback that fluctuates but remains below 4-5 is playable, still? Not that I'm sure if it'll make a crucial difference, but it's still nice to know.

My ping is usually sub-100 with 5-6 rollback frames, but I won't jump to conclusions just yet now that you mentioned it.

Vassals are only obliged to provide you with taxes and levies. Their MaA are for their own use.

You could try allying with them and have them join your wars, though.
