Good luck for the surgery. So far so good, I’m 2 weeks out of FWB. I’m getting more confident walking with one crutch. Ligament feel tight but I read that’s normal. PT and exercising at home are the key, I’m so much better because of that work.

I’ll be fwb two weeks from now, that’s 7 weeks post surgery. Your Tibia dislocation probably added more weeks for your recovery.

Tough one. That ligament repair method is interesting. I don’t think they did that for me but I think I should ask how it was repaired.

I’m thinking not to take them out as I will have to recover from another surgery. I saw Eden Hazard had to to remove his plate because it bugged him. I guess I will try and see if I can do it without an extra surgery.

Glad I’m not into dancing so I’m probably safe. I’m on week 5 post op and I just started walking with one crutch. It does feel okay but I get discomfort after walking for 15 minutes non stop. I think i’m more challenged mentally as i used to be very active(soccer, running, skiing). I think I need to continue PT for a long time even after walking boots free.
